If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping Insurance).
All damage, defects or missing components must be clearly communicated to our customer service representative within 15 days of receipt of your order. Photos and/or videos are important for our representatives to assist you and provide a speedy resolution.
A. All returning items must be returned to their original packaging,
B. Returning items must be in the same condition as you received them,
C. Your return must be unused and show no signs of being installed/used.
Please note that ATY Home Décor is solely responsible for the products we provide. We cannot accept responsibility for any installation services performed at your request or direction.
STARTING A REFUND
1. Email our customer service representatives, provide a description of your issue, along with photos and/or videos. If we have enough information for your request, an RMA number and return address will be emailed to you. Items returned to us without notification and/or an RMA number will not be accepted.
2. Most of our products are Made-To-Order, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS based on the following reasons: You No Longer Need the Unit; You Didn’t Know You had to Assemble the Fixture; You Found a Better Price; It Arrived Late by the Courier; Your Client Changed Their Mind or Doesn’t Like It.
3. When shipping your order back to our warehouse, please include your information inside the container and please use a carrier who can provide you with tracking information. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees; including any duties/taxes resulting from the return of the product, if applicable.
4. Upon arrival, we will inspect and test (if applicable) your order to ensure everything works properly. If the item has been used and shows signs of wear and tear, a store credit will be issued instead. Greensu reserves the right to charge a restocking/refurbishing fee of 25% on returned items.
5. A full or partial refund or store credit will be issued, upon the inspection of your return.
6. After ATY submits your refund to our credit card processor they will transfer your credit back to your credit card bank within 24 hours. Most receiving banks process credits within a few days, this will depend on your personal bank.
